Shipping Info
We ship domestically via First Class Mail with delivery confirmation, but if you require other shipping options (faster shipping, tracking or insurance) please contact us before you place your order and we can adjust your charges :)

* Orders will ship within 7-28 business days from time that payment is received.

* INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: are shipped via first class international mail which does not include tracking,insurance or delivery confirmation. If you require other shipping options (such as tracking), please contact us before placing your order so that we can adjust your charges.

Please note:

International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms.

** INTERNATIONAL ORDERS generally take 10 days to 3 weeks in the postal system, but may take longer, depending on the specific region, postal strikes or delays in customs **
*International orders can in some cases, take up to a month to arrive if delayed, however losses are very rare.
*It is not unusual for Canadian orders to experience customs delays due to increased border security.
